Pre-ordered wigs take 10-15 business days to process or make as they are made from scratch upon order confirmation.
Once your wig has been shipped out, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within Canada or 3-8 business days for orders outside Canada
Yes, you can absolutely order a custom wig with color, length, and lace preference. You can also send us your inspiration photos for reference.

We are located in Canada. However, we ship worldwide!
