SHIPPING POLICY
At Swigx Collection, we offer worldwide shipping to bring our braided wigs right to your doorstep.
Ready-to-ship wigs are processed within 1 business day. Delivery within Canada takes 3-5 business days and 5-10 business days outside Canada, depending on location.
Pre-ordered wigs are processed within 10-15 business days as they are made from scratch for the customer. Once shipped out, the delivery timeframe is the same as above.
Please note that international orders outside Canada may attract customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the client.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the custom nature of our products, please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
In the event that there is an issue with your order or product, please contact our customer support team, and we will be happy to address your concerns. However, please be aware that refunds are not available under any circumstances.
